OLIVER STONE SHOULD BE COMMENDED FOR THIS GRIPPING, HEARTBREAKING, INTENSE MOVIE. FOR ALL YOU WHO DIDN`T LIKE IT, YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER IT WAS A TRUE STORY!! I CAN GUARANTEE, ALL WHO THOUGHT THIS MOVIE WAS BORING PROBABLY LOVED FAST & THE FURIOUS T-DRIFT! YOU SHOULD STICK TO YOUR CAR CHASE, BULLETS FLYING MOVIES!!!
Was this movie really necessary? Don`t tell me it`s a tribute to the victims of 9/11. The real tribute is the memorial which will be constructed at ground zero. This movie is only trying to capitalize on the tragedy. The same goes for "United 93." Yes, other movies based on real disasters have been made in the past, but 9/11 is still a recent event. Plus, it`s a different type of tragedy. =FC=
First Oscar film of the year !Quite astonishing !
I recently saw World Trade Center and that fateful day in September 2001 was brilliantly captured by Oliver Stone. He deserves an Oscar for this very emotional film.
Id just like to start off by saying that we are deffinately living in the entertainment age, so stop whining about people making a movie about 9/11. As for the movie itself I dont feel it had enough to do with the tragedy. It was a movie about two guys, not about 9/11. On that note, maybe you should wait for it to come out on DVD.
After reading through all the comments to see if I`d like to watch this movie or not, all I really decided was that there are SO MANY illiterate people.
INTENSE, MOVING, NEEDED TO BE TOLD.
absolutely amazing!
I would wait for the DVD. Very slow but a times touching.
What happened on 911 was more than 2 cops stuck under the towers. I was really disappointed.
