nic cage and jon turtletaub have done it again, the team that brought us national treasure and natioonal treasure: book of secrets. this time playing a magician of the ages that must stop a ruthless, dark magician bent on bringing back one of the greatest evils of all time. the jokes are funny and the action is superb.
I liked this show.
There is no flow with this movie, you never really get into it as they spin in all directions with no one steering...
I thought the film was entertaining. You had to laugh because it was quite funny at times. I thought it was worth seeing.
A really fun movie. Nicholas Cage gives another solid performance and Jay Baruchel proves that he's a star on the rise. Visual effects are top notch!
It was as bad as I thought it would be, not too bad at all. I went because my kid wanted to see it and he loved it. The Merlin angle was pretty cool and I am a Nick Cage fan.
love nick cage. this movie was fun and entertaing to watch. don't be swayed by the critics. go see it for yourself.
The movie is a great kid movie and it has a nice plot but, the ending felt like it was rush because of time and some parts could have been better. The biggest disappointment is the acting of Jay Baruchel. It was not memorable and frankly flat boring. I was expecting a MUCH better performance from the principal actor specially when he has such a great support cast to back him up. If you have young kids, go see it but, if you are an adult; wait for it to go to DVD.
If they wanted christian Slade they should have gotten him....Just could not get passed that.....they need a different apprentice
this was a pretty good movie
