Amazing story, superb casting, and all around great movie about one of baseball's great unsung heroes, William "dummy" Hoy! Inspiring to watch and appropriate to be viewed by all ages! Sure to be an iconic baseball movie.
I saw the movie twice! I loved that is based on a true story. It is a great family movie. Having a deaf child myself, I think it is a great motivational an inspirational movie, for deaf individuals of all ages! Great movie, can’t say enough good things about it!
Factual. Held my interest from beginning to end. Excellent actors!!
I LOVED seeing the real life story of William "Dummy" Hoy come to life in this movie! Our family enjoyed so much that Deaf children and adults were used in the movie and that it was Deaf-accessible! GREAT JOB!!
One of the best movies I’ve seen!!!
Absolutely phenomenal story line!! Great acting from entire cast!! Needs to be on the big screen everywhere! Incredible true story of the first deaf baseball player!!
This was an awesome movie! Miles did an excellent job in his role as Mr. Hoy. I can’t wait to see it again.
I loved that this was a true story and a movie suitable for the entire family! It’s inspirational and just what this world needs!
Very educational for anyone to see how the life of Dummy Hoy was in the year of the late 1800’s. Times were hard then to even make a living. I think it touched my grandson’s (Eli-Presley’s) heart a little because children of today have no clue how times were then.
Educational, parts were filmed 1 mile from my house and my daughter is in the movie
