A wonderful masterpiece. Some of the best fighting scenes I`ve ever seen. The ending could have been better but it was still the best movie I`ve seen in the last 3-4 years.

This movie was spectacular! The actors did more then act their roles, they became their roles. The cinematography was absolutely beautiful as well as the renderings of the ancient Japanese culture. It was very moving. Personally I liked it better than LoTR because the violence complemented the story rather than take it over.

this was an awsome movie, the battle`s were breath taking and the use of japanese caluture was very well done. Though they didnt translate kuso at one part of it but thats okay i know what it means. Its a must see.!

Tom Cruise is a movie star. He is not an actor. There is a huge difference, and his wooden performance in this action flick is proof that he is long past his "best before date". Squirm-inducing....

A big screen epic. Beautiful cinematography. If you buy the DVD you will probably want to watch it again and again. Great movie, but I wonder if it may appeal a little more to guys, although I suppose the women who are put off by the gladiator type battles may be distracted by Tom`s beauty. It`s an inspirational type movie about honor.
