harrison ford's third go-around as jack ryan is easily the dullest; it's time to put this franchise to bed.
In the book Katniss is skinny.
stunning, shocking.
good movie, not great, for not reading the books i understood what was going on but was left with a few questions. a little more elaboration on the characters would have been good, it was hard to feel how they really felt in the movie. but overall good flick, and good storyline, worth seeing in theatres!
i've seen leaf games that were more entertaining.
this was a great story better left to the books. the books were a great narrative where katniss could develop scenes and characters through inner monologue. the movie was not able to do this and the characters were not developed at all. cinematography was poor as the movie started. directors need to stop using the first person shaky camera shooting. this form of shooting create a blurry scene and makes the audience feel dizzy to the point where they can follow the story and a lot of major information is then lost, with audience sitting there asking why did i pay to make myself sick. the actual hunt part of the movie was rushed but edited well, but once again the characters where flat and
its terrible how they think that killing kids is okay and fun to watch i hated it!
it was entertaining but seemed a bit rushed. character development and relationship was not well established. but the story definitely makes me interested in watching the sequels to come.
love it. just like the book, it was great.
great adaptation of the book. only reason it gets 3 stars is the use of the annoying shaky camera technique that some director's still feel puts people in the action.
