Christian Bale and Amy Adams were great in this movie. Mark Wahlberg with his usual boring delivery was ok. The two forementioned were the reason for my high rating.

At first I thought another boxing movie but then a girl I work with said it was very good. I heard really good reviews so I thought I'd give it a chance and am glad I did. I love true stories and Christian Bale is fanomal.

I would have to say the acting in this movie excited me. Christian Bale's character portrayl was fantastic. The clip at the end with the real brothers made me realize how spot on Bale was! This deserves an award.

I really enjoyed this movie, saw it last week. Christian Bale was out of this world and he and Melissa Leo deserve an academy award. A Truly inspirational movie without ever getting mushy. Love it.

Gritty and Real. A story of two brother overcoming adversity and healing their Family, Community, and themselves. Christian Bale will TKO you in the first 5 min. of the film. Mark Walberg... well he takes his shirt off !!!
