I thought it was a fun intelligent suspense. A little too slow at some moments but still an engaging view.
very good movie, followed storyline from book
I only read the first 100 pages of the book and had no trouble understanding what was happening in the film. It was well acted, directed and produced and I was totally involved by the plot and the suspence. If anything, they went to far in playing down the role of "The Church" in the film.
The movie was great, a nice departure from the movies that spoon feed you. It brought forth some interesting theories and made you think. Best if you`ve read the book before hand.
Very Good movie, very faithful to the book.
It was a very good movie but predictable at times.
This is a tough movie to critique as the book was utterly amazing! The movie didn`t sway from the book, but the ending was very disappointing. The movie didn`t get into the fact that Sophie`s brother was also alive. Throughout the book I just couldn`t put the book down yet the movie didn`t have such an impact. A character that truly developed and one that you felt most sorry for was the police detective. All other characters, with the exception of Teabings were pretty flat. I wonder whether those who didn`t read the book found this more entertaining, or if those who read it.
Very entertaining film and fast paced. Better than my expectations. Tom Hanks is the greatest.
Good movie
