I went into this movie thinking is was just about a dog, but it was about so much more. I can't even describe it. Just amazing.

Not bad show....

having read the book i felt that they captured the antics of this lovely dog along with the evolution of their lives. by the end of the movie as in the book you realize just how much history they have shared and how even though the dog, just like humans, is not always perfect, he is part of a family and loved beyond measure. anyone who has loved a dog will understand the huge imprint they leave on our lives.

I was not happy person leaving the theatre on Christmas Eve. This movie is portrayed as a fun lighthearted tale about a family with a dog. Instead, the movie ended on such a sad note it took away from any of the funny parts it had at the beginning. If you've ever had a pet you will know exactly what I mean. It left so many of us in tears at the end which is no way to spend a family Christmas at the theatre. What were you thinking when you did the scene at the vets? We got it! We didn't need to see it in so much detail.
