In the trailer for Poms, when Martha (Diane Keaton) retires to Sun Spring Retirement community to live, she is befriended by a nosy neighbor (Jacki Weaver), who convinces her to give cheerleading another shot. The pair then form a club and recruit other women in the community. When they hire a local high school student to choreograph and then sign up for a competition, they find a new lease on life.
