Patriots Day producer Michael Radutzky talks about the spirit of the city of Boston and the resolve of the survivors and the city's institutions to make sure the city was taken care of in the aftermath of the Boston Marathon bombings, while director Peter Berg talks about touched he was by how the city of Boston came together to support each other. He reveals that he wanted to make this movie to honor those who were affected by this horrendous crime.
Boston native Mark Wahlberg, who stars in the film, confirms that director Peter Berg was committed to capturing this sensitive story on film in a way that would make Bostonians proud.
