Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising

In this trailer premiere for the comedy sequel Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising, a group of sorority pledges are watching a promotional video for the pretty and peaceful Phi Lambda house. One pledge, Miranda (Chloë Grace Moretz), asks why there aren't any parties at Phi Lambda. The head sister (Selena Gomez) states there's a law prohibiting sororities, but not fraternities, from partying in their houses. Miranda decides to turn this sexist law on its head and start her own party-able sorority, called Kappa Nu. There's only one problem -- Kappa Nu moved next to the wrong set of neighbors (Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne).
