Michelle Pfeiffer Interview
It's been twenty years since Michelle Pfeiffer worked with director Tim Burton on Batman Returns, and when she found out he was making Dark Shadows she immediately picked up the phone and told him she wanted to be a part of it. The film is based on the 1960s television soap opera featuring all sorts of supernatural creatures including vampires, werewolves, ghosts and witches, and the descendants of one very interesting vampire, Barnabas Collins, played by Johnny Depp.
Bonnie Laufer from Tribute spoke with Michelle in Los Angeles about why she wanted to be a part of this movie, what it was like reuniting with Tim Burton, what she would expect from her descendants if she had the chance to visit them 200 years into the future and how excited she is to see Anne Hathaway's take on Catwoman (a role Michelle made famous) in the upcoming The Dark Knight Rises.
