THis movie needed more romance. The main character needed her own romance to balance the movie out. As well, I think that the movie was really sad at times and the fact that the sad part was upsetting, and that the sad part was almost trivialized was also a let down. This movie did deserve more then a 1.5 stars that the "The Star" gave it, especially since it wasn't based on a romantic comedy, but whether the person liked it. ANd if the person doesn't like romantic comedies, how does that person's opinion really reflect what this movie is like. Therefore, I give it 3 out of 5 stars simply because it entertained me. Thank you!
Very entertaining, many laughs, a real feel good movie.
Conpletely contrived and predictable. Betty White and Kristin Chenowith have been given nothing worthwhile to do but lend their names to the credits. Unrealistic sequences (bitten head to toe by ants and miraculously perfect the next day, elaborate wedding apparently arranged in less than a week's time)
Predictable and not very funny
Terrible movie...I thought it was just awful. Not really all that funny, and not the greatest cast, except Betty White.
really funny
Average
Lousey, boring, and an insult to Canada!
Very unentertaining!
Made me nauseated to sit through this worthless piece of manure!
