IT WAS AN AWESOME MOVIE, WITH SOME SHOCKING TWISTS, I CAN`T BELIEVE THAT THIS WILL BE THE LAST ONE. IT WAS ALSO GOOD TO SEE NEW CHARACTERS AS WELL.
I thought X-MEN: The Last Stand was shockingly terrific. I had no idea that a number of characters would die off! It was action packed! Absolutely delighted!
It had the best story-line in the series. I like the underlying theme of discrimination against a sub-culture and trying to "cure" those who are seen as different or subversive. It was also surprising to see some major characters killed off in this movie but it contributed to the development of the plot so it was not gratuitous. Of course the special effects were great but that has to go hand-in-hand with a good story-line.
it was great
It was well done for all the initial problems it had while filming. Some of the scenes were quite spectacular. Magneto movint the Golden Gate Bridge I mean come on how cool was that?
Outstanding Movie however too much empasist on Logan and not enough on the "X-Men". It would have been great to get too know some of the other members of the cast during the story, sort of a introduction for those out there that don`t know the story. (I had to keep informing my wife on the story plot an such)
very entertaining
Entertaining and action packed. Not as good as Nos. 1 & 2 though.
Not quite as dramatically good as X:2 but some satisfying moments. SPECIAL EFFECTS WERE VERY GOOD.
Let`s face it, Brett Ratner`s take on X-men is similar to Schumacher`s take on Batman. Okay, maybe not quite as ridiculous but still... it`s not quite as grounded. The movie feels messy, one demenional, and more like a popcorn flick then the first 2 X-men chapters. It`s still worth checkin` out, but don`t be disappointed when the character depth is replaced by cheesey one liners. It`s also unfortunate that the character of Juggernaut was not a CG enhanced character... He should have been huge!
