Not too bad. A good build up to the next movie!
i fricken absolutey loved it, i dont care what anyone says, everyone has their own opinions right? Anyways the cast was so utterly amazing. I can't wait till it comes out on DVD, the Collins were so awesome. Love is TRULY a magical thing. I would give it a MILLION stars if I could.....it's truly a MASTERPEICE!!!
To those who are disappointed and giving this movie a bad review... well get over it!!! The book or any other book for that matter is and will always be better than the movie. I for one have read all the twilight books and I love them, but I did not put high expectation on the movie because I know my own imagination and interpretation of the book is much better than anyone elses, despite it I love the movie and they did a great job despite the low budget and weather conditions they have shoot it from and the time frame they need to squeeze the 500 or so pages in 2hrs.
The movie is a must see. I love it, and I read all the books. The fact is, any movie made base from a book will never be as good as the book. Your own interpretation and imagination of reading a book is always better, but give the director credit, she did great and more power to her in creating her version to the screen. It's as close as it can get for the time frame and budget they have. I can't wait for New Moon and the rest of the book to be put on screen.
I liked this movie a lot! I think you just need to keep an open mind about it and not worry about it going along with the book exactly. Very enjoyable.
Trying to sit through that entire movie was just plain PAINFUL! Movie wise overall it was not acceptable. Though the movie did succeed in making the beautiful unique story of Twilight into utter crap. It was a sloppy piece of work as it seemed as if through the whole movie there were dozens of awkward scenes. The many of the actors failed to capture the real essence of their characters. There was horrible chemistry between the characters of Bella and Edward in the movie. Also the atmosphere that the music gave off was totally wrong. I know they were trying to pull off sneaking in some of Stephenie Meyer's music in some scenes, but it just gave off a confusing emotion mixed in with the weird
awesome movie amazing effects
As a huge fan of the book it's hard to be objective with the movie. I think that they did an amazing job of casting. The actors all did fantastic jobs with their roles. I also thought that they tried to stay true to the novel. However a lot of teh dialoge felt really rushed. A huge part of why people love these books is the witty and romantic rapore between Edward and Bella. I found much of that was lost in translation, and poeple who have not read the books may not see that passion and self-loathing that these characters possess. I was also a little disappointed with the way it looked like the vampires could fly. We know they can jump far, but they still have to follow the laws of g
OMG! I love dit it was sooo good and the trailers didnt do it justice. My face hurt after because i was smiling through the whole movie because it was perfect from the book. The only scene that i didn't like was the first kiss because when Edward pushed back he flew! What the hell? That was a little fake. Other than that it was a fans dream!!
Exceeded my expectations.
