No chain-saws, no hockey masks, just a good old-fashioned horror movie! Solid performances and beautifully atomospheric photography and soundtrack combine with make-up master Rick Baker's remarkable prosthetics to make this WOLFMAN an absolute treat for fans of the Universal monster classic!
Acting was poor at best. Does no justice to the original. Tho the werewolf transformation scenes were very well done. The plot left much to be desired. If you are in for the gore then watch it, if you can wait till the dvd relese or a good screener on the net i would hold off. Hopkins was a poor choice for the villian in the movie and the plot had no suspense. Over all i give this 2 howls outta Five.
AMAZING MOVIE! GO SEE IT!! VERY CLASSIC!
Worst movie I have seen in months...poor plot and dialogue...can best be summed up by the following conversation overheard as the credits rolled... "Didn't you say this was a comedy?"...to which the response was, "No, but it was laughable".
Wolfman had a good story line, just found it to be too predictable so was not scared at all and i generally do not watch horror movies.
Worst movie ever. Bad acting, bad story, bad effects. Totally dissapointed. Definite Razzy material.
good movie, not the greatest, awesome atmosphere, mood and scenery
Worst movie ever!
Sick effects, that'll show you to not believe in the myth!
