The Cinematography, the Score and the Performances were great! Especially Bryce Dallas Howard. Adrien Brody and Joaquin Phoenix, were also good and so was Sigourney Weaver and William Hurt, even when they`re on for a second, they gave it their all. Mr. Shymalan, will get back up, in his next film, I`m sure. But this one was a dissapointment, other than the 3 elements I`ve said, the story is where it falls short. 3.5/5

Really liked it. Better than Signs. Can`t wait to buy it!

It was so very predictable and almost laughable. I really can`t say I`ve seen a dumber storyline. The acting was ok - I didn`t know the blind girl was Ron Howard`s daughter. She really is not that believable as a blind person. I would`t recommend this movie to anyone and anyone who liked it really should see some better movies!

Knowing who the director of this movie is one has to expect the unexpected. There were definite signs (pun not intended) of his handiwork, as the colors red and yellow were very "out there." [After seeing the "Coles" notes on "The Sixth Sense," I realized this movie wasn`t just another suspense/thriller.] Confusing at first, it soon becomes apparent, M. Night Shyamalan has a message to give. With some humor, some startling moments, and much seriousness, the statement is solid and enjoyable. It isn`t a movie everyone will love. For me, it wasn`t until the Shyamalan specialty, the twist at the end, that I decided it was a movie I`d buy on
