Very entertaining movie to watch !!! Good and happy ending story! I really enjoy it. Thank you...
I loved the simplicity of the story. The cinematography was great. The opening sequence, some of the nature shots, the scene in his apartment - all were shot wonderfully. I really enjoyed watching Ben Stiller play a more subdued role. I really enjoyed the movie a lot!
Armed with an impressive cast of both established and relatively unknown actors, this film tells the age-old story of the social pariah who suddenly discovers a fun side to the world, getting the girl in the process and ultimately learning the timeless lesson, that we sometimes look everywhere for solutions that are right in front of us. Ben Stiller's nemesis is played with comedic flair by Adam Scott. His character, Ted Hendricks, is Walter's villainous boss who terrorizes the film's protagonist to no end. A totally polar opposite character is Walter's love interest, played by the ever-alluring and consistently adorable Kristen Wiig. She is a motivating force behind Walter's exploits and
I enjoyed the movie. Some very good acting and they kept the movie interesting and at times very funny. A very good family type movie.
Overall, I liked the movie. However, I thought the first half hour was unrealistic. But the rest of the movie made up for it.
This is a wonderful love story. We need "Walter Mitty"'s!
This movie is very inspirational and touching at the same time. The acting is good for the most part but some actors can use more practice. It makes me want to go and travel the world myself!
Ben Stiller's performance as a restrained but likeable Walter Mitty, forced by circumstance to give up his dreams to look after his family, is one of the highlights of The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. His daydream fantasies of a life of adventure and romance start to become a reality when he finds himself on the hunt for an elusive photographer (Sean Penn) who holds an important negative of an amazing photograph that is meant to be on the final cover of Life Magazine. He follows the trail from New York, to Greenland, to Iceland and then to the mountains of Afghanistan, encountering physical hardship, amazing scenery and interesting people along the way. Kristen Wiig as the woman of his dreams
This movie was certainly different Liked the ending But would only give it 3 stars
