Excellent-even though there were sub titles. Being Catholic I understood everything going on. The reding was not tedious and came very natural as it was larger and the words remained on screen for a while. It was the bible coming to life

"The Passion of the Christ" was so power full that it hase had a lasting efect on my life as one who loves Jesus and hase a personal relasionship with Him. When I was yonger I had asked God to give me a dream about the crusifixion. I`d asked Him to show me what realy happend. How bad was it.So God did, He gave me a dream. this movie can move or at least touch even the hardest hearts. i`m a catholic, the stations of the cross were taught to me,but i NEVER envisioned them to this extent. even if some argue that this movie is exagerated, the meaning is still there, and lets face it folks, jesus is not the "typical man" ,god the father may well indeed have intended jesus`s suffering to be so violent,to sink in our tiny little minds, just how important our lord`s mission was. he paid the ultimate price for us. i just hope that those of us who are moved bye this film, continue to keep it in perspective in our day to day lives, and not forget once all the publicity of the f

I felt this movie was the most moving and emotional pictures ever made. While at times it seemed to be extremely brutal, it was historically accurate. This movie needed to be made! Everyone has heard of Jesus and the "sacrifice" he made for us but no one can fathom the degree of suffering and agony that he endured by just reading the bible. Seeing it on film, no matter how disturbing for some to watch, puts it all in perspective. Look at our world today people! The world needs a good slap in the face and a wake up call!
