Very moving. Firth's performance was incredible. Will be heading back to see it a second time!

The movie started out slow, but it soon became very good. It was an excellent character study of the king and his friend therapist. We enjoyed it immensely

This movie boasted the great talents of many actors/actresses, most especially Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush. Colin Firth did an outstanding job playing the stammer-stricken King. Every time he stumbled through a sentence, I couldn't swallow. Rush was the perfect Lionel Logue; likeable yet pretentious at the same time. Although the movie was set in the rainy & gloomy UK, the movie shone brightly through it's witty characters and inspiring story.

I think this movie was portrayed by wonderful actors. I thought it might be a bit dull or have dry British humour, but I found myself laughing more than I thought I would. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and certainly would recommend it to anyone.
