I really felt the original was much better. Although the acting was great especially by Jaden Smith, the story just wasn't doing it for me. No one can replace Pat Morita.

It was great, a little long and slow at the start, could have used more of the tournment in the movie... but it was a great remake of the original!

The Beijing setting was interesting. I enjoyed the martial arts - very fast and complicated. I liked Jackie Chan's role as mentor and teacher however a bit corny in places.

Great acting from Chan, Smith and co-stars. Location in China was a treat, making the movie exotic. The villains are super-believable! Half action, half drama with lessons to learn. Don't miss this one!
