The Illusionist was really about a lost and found love between Eisenheim (Edward Norton) and Sophie von Teschen (Jessica Biel). But it is far from a typical `chick flick` love story. A composition of a great cast, amazing digital effects, and needless to say magical "illusions" to blow your mind, makes this movie more than worth a theatre screening.
Fabulously acted. Great costuming. Norton and Giamatti are spectacular.
Best movie I have seen in a long time. Even my bf loved it! It was great from start to finish!
Ed Norton was amazing! Loved the story line and the ending was the best!!!
Wow, that really sucked. So delicious, so cold.
We truly enjoyed this flick!
Over all well done, very touching.
I didn`t look at my watch - that almost never happens. Truly enjoyed the whole movie, from beginning to end.
Great movie, terrific acting from Norton, and Sideways hero, Paul Giancotti(?) wins my vote for Best Supporting Actor once again. Wonderful period piece without being over the top in areas of sets, costumes and melodrama. See it soon!
Ed Norton is an amazing actor. A really good movie with a really good twist in the end. Go see it!
