Loved the book but the movie was slow and disjointed.

I knew it could not possibly include all the great details or mysteries of the books, but decided to give it a chance for what it was worth. Sadly, i was disappointed, but none the less i thought the movie was mediocre for its theatrical qualities. I simply could not supress my bias for a `take off` on such a complex subject. So i give 3 stars to compensate. Give me a TV please.

Pfffft..................... I was so excited for this and welll it kinda of let me down....Tom was not good and Sophie Neveu wasn`t either. Silas was alright. Absolutely no suspense my dad who never read the book guessed the end of the movie, the teacher and and all that, half way through. Ian Mckellen did a good job though

INTERESTING MOVIE

I thought that it was really true to the book with the exception of the ending which really didn`t make much difference to the outcome.

I really loved this movie !! The dialogue was interesting, I was constantly stimulated.

If they had just stuck to the story in the book, adding a little more detail( it could be done without making the movie 4 hours long ) I would have enjoyed it more. Good job, Tom.
