I quite enjoyed the da vinci code, It makes you open your mind to other posibilities, don`t always belive every thing you hear or have been told.
I did not enjoy this movie very much and do NOT know what all the fuss is about. I would give it 2 stars...
I think that it was too long, and that some scenes could have easily been cut.
The action was fluent but I was disappointed a bit by how cleansed it seemed to be compared to the book. Overall though it was quite enjoyable.
The Da vinci Code was a dissapointment. I can`t believe they made such a compelling book`s story actually boring! There was no rapore with the characters, but the casting was perfect... so what happened. I`m going with Ron Howard and the slayer of this film....
The movie was very well done. It leaves a much greater impression on those who have not as yet read the book. For those that have read the book the building of suspense was not as intense, probably partly due to time constraints information that created suspense in the book was revealed quite early. Overall a job quite well done.
One of the best movies I have seen in a long time! I have recommended it to everyone who will listen. Immediately after watching this movie I went and bought the book as well as Angels and Demons. As I am reading the book I am finding the movie was as close to the book as possible. People who say the Opus Dei does not exist have not done thier research and are ingorant in their thinking. This movie and book, although fictional, does make you think about "the greatest lie ever told." I have a jigsaw puzzle of Davinci`s The Last Supper and as I was putting it together I saw the woman on Jesus` right hand side. She is there. Just think about it
The movie was a good movie, but preferred the book. Lovely seens of Paris.
It was difficult for the director to incorporate all of the information needed into the plot line while maintaining interest - it felt kind of slow in spots. But it was generally paced well and a fascinating "story".
I enjoyed the movie for the most part but was a bit dispaoointed in the movie.I was hoping they would of showed some of the better aspects from the book thru the movie. The combination Tom Hanks who was brilliant in it and Ron Howards unique directing makes it a must see
