Five stars!!! Great movie! Excellent story. I am normally more of an action and special effects fan, but this movie was the best that I have seen in recent memory. It`s been a long time since a plot was so gripping and conversation inspiring. As for comments referring to it being "too much information" and/or "difficult to follow", I have not read the book and I am certainly not well versed in stories from the bible, but I easily understood what was going on at all times. Perhaps the conveyers of these formerly mentioned comments should simply pay a little more attention because the movie is indeed at little more intellectual than most

Good movie, but but read the book too!

hey y`all! i personally really enjoyed this movie. i read the book ahead of time, and the movie wasnt quite as good (but movies are never as good as the books they are based on!). As a movie separate from the book i think it is well done. I like that someone finally was gutsy enough to make a movie opposing the Christian views that have dominated society for years. For everyone who hates this book for opposing the bible: keep in mind that it is fiction! Brown has been on radio shows and television and has made a solid arguement for the facts that he uses, and he does not claim that everything in the book is fact... it is a story! Stop being
