I was very disappointed in the ending. Thought that everything was going to be rosy.
it was pretty funny , i liked it but the ending could have been better.. all in all the movie was pretty good
seen better
Very disappointed, two stars at their prime and this is what they come up with! The ending was awful, stop watching with 20 min left and you`ll be happy.
I thought it was great, because it rang so "true to life".When two people split up,they fight over who gets the house, car,et cetera. But,it`s really about:you left me so "empty" inside, that I need to fill the "void" with some of YOUR "possessions"-so I can leave with SOMETHING-and have the "bonus" of "hurting you",too.
It`s not funny...it`s depressing!
Somewhere between a comedy and a drama. The acting is decent and believable, however, as a comedy, this movie falls flat. I spent the entire movie squirming along with my fellow movie-goers, incredibly uncomfortable as people usually are when they watch couples argue and fall apart in front of us. There`s a voyeuristic element to this film in that you`re watching two people going through something very private and personal... it doesn`t quite have the chops to be a true drama, but it is certainly not a real comedy - the laughs are few and far between.
This movie was the best movie I`ve seen in years. It dealt with a pretty serious subject matter but made so much fun of the stupid stuff people do when breaking up that it made anyone who`s ever gone through a bad break up sit back and say " Did I really act like that?" and of course the answer was alway`s "YES"
I thought the break up was pretty funny. And I like the fact that it didn`t end the way everyone thought it would of ended. Jennifer Aniston looked gorgeous in the film as well.
It was okay - funny in places - but it was not my favorite movie. I would much rather see movies like "The Lake House", "Runaway Bride", "You`ve Got Mail", etc.
