JJ Abrams did an amazing job here. There are elements from most of the Star Trek universe incorporated into this movie. If you are a true Trekkie, you'll notice that right away!! Gene Roddenberry would be proud.

I'm not a Star Trek fan at all (I'm a die hard Star Wars Fan), but this movie was awesome! It was full of action & great laughs too. The casting was perfect for every character. Great job!

a very good movie. Hate the series but always enjoyed the movies. Take it from me, you don't have to be a Trekkie to get into of or even enjoy the movie. The movie pokes shots at itaelf and even have classic sounds that bring you back to the original series. Looking forward to more from the new cast! 5 stars for me!
