One of the biggest disapointments to come along in a while. While the story concept was unique, the delivery was just awful. Bad acting, bad lines, bad story-- the movie should of been destined for a direct-to-video release rather than for the big screen.

I think it was good, but the ending was really really CHEESY!

A terrific disappointment...plodding, boring and self-serving. Even Mel Gibson couldn`t rescue this snoozer.

This movie was generally horrible. Everything in the commercials made it seem all hype.

One of the most boring, slow movies I`ve ever seen...

I found this movie disappointing. Like 6th sense and Unbreakable, M. Night Shyamalan`s movie has always provided a profound and powerful surprise at the ending. In watching Signs, I was like a kid with no money at a candy store - greatly anticipating the twist but totally disappointed when the ending credits show. The discovery that we are really not alone would put a polarized shift to how we see ourselves, our place in the universe and our religion. However, the key message did not come through in Signs and the resultant was a well made film with great cast, but a muddy plot and confusing message. Very disappointing.
