Good not great movie but SCARY for sure!!
The concept was interesting enough but it was very poorly executed. The dialogue was mind-numbing, strange tension scenes were only built up by loud music, annoying CG and visuals/camera effects and Amanda Seyfried, who I normally like, sounded as though she walked straight out of her Meangirls set and into the so-called medieval village without change in speech. If left in the right hands (and screenwriter), this Red Riding Hood twist/remake could have been really dark and interesting but even veteran Gary Oldman couldn't save this film. It was so absurd that the audience was laughing in places I'm sure we weren't supposed to be laughing. Really? An elephant oven?
I FOUND IT ENTERTAINING. NOT BAD FOR A TEEN FLICK.
I wish I had not read the newspaper review before seeing the film. I felt somewhat biased even before it began. There were parts that made me roll my eyes. I did however enjoy the picturesque scenes.
This movie was a combination between Twilight and Dracula (or as my friends and I called it 'Draculight'). It was entertaining, but definitely geared for the teens and early 20s audience.
Terrible. Poorly written even for a teen movie.
This movie was terrible.
This definitely not the Little Red Riding hood of my childhood. Definitely geared for a teenage audience, to be sure, and heavy on the "terror" aspects. I did find Gary Oldman particularly well-cast though.
For God Sakes People STOP Writing Comments on How You Want To See This Movie before you've Watched It or Before The Movie even Comes Out. No ONe Cares If you think this Movie Might be Good.Watch it Than Review, Losers!!!!
oh God, I hate teen movies!
