This movie would appeal to 15 year old boys I would say. Predictable, silly and not very funny. Beneath Jennifer Laurence’s acting abilities.
I definitely didn't need to see Jennifer Lawrence naked.
They each opened each others eyes, in spite of the crudeness. the movie was even more enjoyable with the laugh-out-loud audience with some trying to supress their laughter but you could hear them chuckling through-out the movie. The movie did have a twist with its "moving" moments & eventual sincerity. Hope to see it again.rh
I needed a shower after this. I felt gross.
He was sweet, she was way too raunchy (& I'm no prude) She certainly won't win an Oscar for this one. Bad decision on her part, I'm gonna guess. Sorry, Jennifer. You look great, but lousy movie. You're a Mom now, have some class.
Why is she being so skanky when trying to woo someone who is naïve and shy? Total turnoff! Not very funny and often inappropriate. Seems they were trying to make the audience feel awkward!
Andrew Barth and Jennifer Lawrence good acting. No hard feelings but this movie should be rated X for complete nude scenes, F---- word constantly and about sex, sex, sex. Not necessary / good acting and comedy would have nailed it.
The movie doesn't know what it wants to be. Jennifer's nude scene was not needed. I was embarrassed for her.
I worried that all the best parts were in the trailer, but they were only the tip of the iceberg! It was funny throughout, sweet, charming and not vulgar like stories where a young guy just wants to sleep with a girl. This wasn't like that at all. This guy is special, like his parents told Maddie, and she learns as much from him as he does from her. Maybe more.
I thought it might not be good, but I really enjoyed it! It made me laugh out loud:)
