Excellent film. Brilliantly scripted and shot.

Best film of the Summer... so far. Jeunet is up to his usual creative genius, not on par with other Jeunet endeavours, but great none the less.

Brilliant, loved every minute of this inspired movie. Expanding on his already impressive list of films, Jeunet once again delivers the inspired goods, insanity and cast of motley characters we've come to expect from France's finest export. Well done!

Micmacs was an entertaining movie. The characters were endearing, but there was a triteness to the plot. The movie did have its moments, but Micmacs lacked the sparkle and imagination of Amelie, the director's previous comedy. To me it wasn't worth spending $12.00 at the movie theatre. I should have just waited for it to come out on DVD.

Entertaining diversion with plenty of inventive plot twists and engaging characters. Not as inventive as other Jeunet films, but fast paced and full of humour. Don't wait for a crappy U.S. remake, see this now!

These characters are larger than life and their quirks turn in to advantages when they seek revengeon the arms dealers.

Jeunet is the nmaster of "set 'em up, knock 'em down" cinema so prepare to be "bowled over" with this one. Intuitive film making and excellent visuals make MicMacs well worth checking out.
