well acted but, a fairy tale. cute movie, not too deep or complicated. should appeal to the very young and perhaps to those much older and still believing that "true love does exist".
I thought this movie was awesome. Truly a great love story. I left feeling very good inside and hoping that one day I too can find my Destiny husband. I sat through the whole movie never taking my eyes off the screen. Sophia was also amazing as to the caring part of her character. Reminded me of how I too would do anything for my mother with regard to love. Thanks for letting me have the opportunity to see this movie.
Letters to Juliet is one of those warm romantic films that only come once in a long while. Amanda Seyfried is adorable as the heroine Sophie who believes in love everlasting and is compelled to answer an old letter to a woman who missed reuniting with her one true love decades ago. Sophie's quest to help the woman, played with poingnancy, charm and grace by Vanessa Redgrave, becomes her own journey at discovering love as both women learn about second chances in this beautiful film. Vanessa Redgrave steals the film a time or three with her captivating performance, while Amanda's bouyant charm permeates the movie's appeal. The breathtaking backgrounds as they travel through Italy only enhances
This was a great movie. We cried and laughed out loud, I loved the romance and the humor. We were in Italy and few months ago and it was neat to see the area again.
Very sweet, good date movie
I loved this movie. Great acting and it made me feel soooo good! Loved the beautiful scenes of Tuscany!!
I thought it was a breezy, uplifting film that allowed me to believe in love again.
It was cute. The ending was a bit cheesy though. The characters were very good and it was a good mix of comedy, romance and adventure.
My daughter and I laughed and cried. It was funny, heart warming, and a tribute to love.
This movie was quirky and cleverly written. I didn't think I would laugh as much as I did and think it is a definite must see film!
