This was a fantastic film about a heroic scientist who enlighted millions on the nature of human sexuality. He is a great man, a genius, and Liam Neeson`s portrayal of him should earn him an Oscar. He has save the lives of countless individuals.
This film completely leaves out the entire topic of Kinsey`s heinous sexual abuse of children (317 of them). Employing pedophiles as "trained observers" conducting "sexual studies" on children. Babies in some instances. His methodology was faulty and his findings completely unsound since he did not even take into account the vested interests and projections of the pedophiles whose "data" he solicited. To leave out this ugly aspect of The Kinsey Institute and Kinsey himself, is to give a highly unbalanced and white washed account of the man and his work. It is also a disservice to the children who were abused.
A frank and gripping story - - we see the mess of science confronting purtanical sexual norms, still very relevant today.
KINSEY IS GREAT!!! LIAM NESSON IS AMAZING AND HILARIOUS!!! A MUST-SEE OF 2004!!!
