Youth say, "You don't understand me or my generation". It's true, but many of us want to, just like our generation wanted to be loved and understood. This movie helps to bridge the generation gap, because Jesus lives and came to save ALL. Highly recommended. 10 STARS for truth, content and acting!
Good historical facts, good and bad. Loved the movie
A depiction of a historical event that didn't shy away from telling the whole story. Compelling, relatable, beautifully shot and acted. Highly recommend, am telling everyone I know to go watch. I would happily pay the money to see it again in theaters.
The truth of the Jesus people.
Grew up in California. Church-going family. Same issues as youngsters in film. But these kids were fortunate to run into such a pastor/hippie community, and get the faith, too.
I loved the whole movie
We grew up about 1.5 years later than the movie's depiction, however it is very accurate. While we experienced different experiences at Calvary Costa Mesa, God still greatly ministered to us. He is powerful and delivered us!
Love that he decided to tell his story this way! I pray many are saved watching this movie.
Authenticity, true story, leads others to Christ, gives one the desire to be a better Christian.
Acting was excellent. If you like to feel good when leaving a movie, see this one.
