One of the best movies ever, definately one of Quentin's best!!!!!!!!
This was an exellent film, one of Tarantino's best.
Basterds was not a perfect movie, nor Tarantino’s ‘masterpiece’…. But overall it was an immensely enjoyable experience. Great performances, entertaining sequences, and as always a love of cinema comes through. Some scenes need less self-indulgence. Speaking of which, check out my Basterds review with my father, at: www.youtube.com/gabndad
Overhyped to death!!Ok,but not a classic. Some segments were very well done(ie..scene in the French bar). Not in the same league as Pulp Fiction or Resevoir Dogs.Where is Harvey Kitel when we need him?
best ever this summer
WORST MOVIE ever.
Absolutely stunning. A true pinnacle in film making. Quentin Tarantino continues to prove why he is one of the best, if not the best screenwriter and director of today's cinema. Every minute was spellbinding. I can't get over the first scene...
A brilliant piece of balls out in your face cinema.Yes,Tarantino changes history but that's not what it's about anyway ultimately i's the power of film as he so cleverly demonstrates.Top notch cast particularly the hypnotic Christoph Waltz.
This film is truly a masterpiece.
Great movie, not Tarantino's best, but well worth seeing. Don't expect to see "Kill Bill" style blood baths, (although it has some good ol blood and guts). This is really a showcase of Tarantino's talent with dialogue. Can't wait to see it again.
