Hidalgo was an absolutely amazing story of two untouchable friends!!! Viggo Mortensen is still the King!!!
amazing
This movie is now my favourite movie of all time!!!
I personally enjoyed the true honesty of the bond between horse and rider that was the main theme in the movie. Having read some of the bio information of Frank T. Hopkins, what an incredible and compasionate man he was not only with horses (which are always give an honest response) but I think here is man with no prejudice. I wish we had more Frank T. Hopkins. As for T.J. (Hildago) he definitely deserves "Best Supporting Actor" - in a class all of his own. Viggo is a lucky man.
For those of you who thought this movie sucked, you obviously have no interest in American Indian History (Wounded Knee),or compassion for the beauty of nature (Horses). I thought the movie was great!!! It showed the connection between horse and rider the way every horseperson would like to have with their own horse."There is no secret so close as between a rider and his horse". I wish they would make more movies like this one!!!!!!!!!
I loved it so much! It was very sad though.
I thought that it what a great movie. It was very excited and breath taking.
I loved this movie. Beautifully filmed.
This movie was awesome! It was a very entertaining and suspenseful film!
A throwback western "eastern" epic it`s riveting and a rousing adventure that has humour, heart and soul without the use of profanity, sexual innuendos and gratuitous violence a rare quality in cinemas these days the last one of it`s kind was the litle film called Return of the King. Overall a masterpiece and a great film that can be enjoyed by anyone from all demographics who isn`t jaded and cynical or disensitized by society.
