I think the only reason that i stayed in that theatre is cuz i liked the transition of colours...otherwise when i go to see i movie i like to watch not read....
What a wonderful film to watch. The colours are so vivid so exciting you want to rewind and watch scenes over and over again. And the story is very intresting you want to be there to live their lives.

This is a wonderful film. It is neither a martial arts movie, nor an action thriller, nor anthing like those Hollywood/Hong Kong fomula movies. If you go to it looking for something like a Jackie Chan or Tom Cruise session, you will be disappointed. This is akin to opera or ballet, or a canvas of colour, but on film. It is allegorical and metaphorical. The fight scenes are not there for titillation of the viewer, but to portray an emotional story of fidelity, honour, culture and human development. it would have been way better if it was in english, we left 20 minutes into the movie because it was too hard to follow reading the subtitles continously and not being able to watch the movie

Fight scenes were laughable. Whenever the fight scenes came on (especially the one in the swamp), you could hear a smattering of giggles all through the theatre.
