I love how Clint Eastwood never candy-coats anything. The opening scene froze me in my seat, with popcorn in my hand halfway to my mouth. He did a phenomenal job of bringing home just how powerful tsunamis are. I just wish people would remember the difference between being Atheist and Agnostic, a minor detail which I won't let influence my opinion. This movie was on a roll to getting 5-stars from me, until the ending that just didn't fit. Definitely worth seeing.

Trailer is so deceptive. No actions,no thrill. Movie is sloooow, felt like a waste. If you like european style movie "watching for an hour how insect flies" then go. Thoubgyht that Matt Damon participation would garauntee quality but Dissapointed.
