it was awesome
The film holds onto the intentions of the book well, conveying Harry's emotions and the tensions of the mounting war in the wizarding world. The omissions from the book are necessary for obvious reasons, and don't hurt the movie's flow at all. Fans of the book may lament the abbreviation of some of their favourite sequences, but the movie makes an attempt to represent them, however briefly, onscreen. The acting, visual depth, and special effects make it what it is; a thoroughly enjoyable summer movie.
Loved every minute.
he book was boring after 800 pages of waste. the movie seemed 2 be better but not as good as the other movies. Still it was a good movie.
This movie upset me more than boy bands and the billionare olsen twins combined, this is without a doubt the worst movie to hit theaters in several decades. i didnt think it was posable to make such a terrible bastardisation of a fantastic story, this yates fellow should be pitched off a cliff for ever considering himself a director. he somehow made every actor terrible even if they delivered fantastic proformances in the previous films. this movie had me figiting in my seat the whole time and drinking all the coke i could lay my hands on. It totally lacked pace, talent, special effects, and strayed so far from the storyline it disghusted me. if you have any respect for yourself, for the mov
Best one yet. Pacing is a little fast, and if you haven't read the book one might find themselves a tad lost in the story plot, but as a book fan i was quite pleased with Yate's adaptation. Bravo, the acting in this film was quite up to par.
Not a boring moment. Loved it!!!!
This is the best Harry Potter movie thus far....can't wait till the next one.
The character development had occured in the first 4 movies - this time, it's drama and storyline with a bit less of the traditional humor. It's impossible to screenwrite such a large and complex novel into a 2 hour movie without resulting in some critics. The movie world of Hogwarts has finally turned the dark corner therefore, enjoy it for what it has accomplished and not to get hung up on all the smaller book events that needed to be omitted. The ending did miss the emotional impact found in the book - guess they were running out of film. 4 Stars!
I don't know, it included most of the important plots, but it feels that it misses cetain elements in the book. And the ending...lets just say, it is one the worst endings ever.
