I have been reading though alot of these reviews and comments like "not beleiveable" is a comic book super hero guess what they aren`t real. " If you are a Daredevil comics fan [Frank Miller, Kevin Smith] you won`t like this trash." Umm I am, and I liked it alot better than spiderman and I liked that too. This one takes the cake though "The dialogue was horrible.My other four senses were acutely tuned" COMIC BOOK STORY YOU MORON. go rent my Big Fat Greek Crap insted.

I had huge expectations for DD and holy, this movie was better than I could have thought. The best comic book adaptation since Tim Burton`s Batman.

First, a caveat: I`ve never read the comics, so I was going in with no expectations. I enjoyed the movie, Ben Affleck was very well cast. Unfortunately, Jennifer Garner was terribly miscast, and Colin Farrell had far too few lines. There were a few hitches in getting from scene to scene and conflict to conflict. Overall, the movie could have done with about an extra 45 minutes of story. Still, though, I liked it. 3 stars.

When I first left the theatre I was conflicted. I couldn`t decide whether or not I liked what I had just seen. Well, I know now and I LIKED it! Maybe it was the last bit shown in the credits that threw me off, I won`t reveal what happened for those who haven`t seen it yet but I don`t think I liked it all that much. I think I would have much rather preferred closure. But anyways let`s start from the beginning. I thought Scott Terra`s performance as the young Matt Murdock at the beginning of the film was excellent. Rarely do we see such a good performance from a young actor but we see it here. Dare Devil was surreal - I expected another Spiderman, but instead, received a story that gives hope. That there are people out there who are good, honest, will fight evil, dare the devil, and who are scared to love. That there is someone who will save the world, love you, and continue to believe it what he or she was taught. I got more than I expected. But,...the grunty, mumbly Bullseye could have tuned it down a bit.
