Breakthrough is a horrible experience of unbearable length, briefly punctuated by three or four amusing moments.
This is a very good movie anybody who doesn't like it more than likely has no faith in GOD
This is a faith-based movie so most of the negative reviews are ones that are critical of that so I will try to review the movie itself. Chrissy Metz did an outstanding job in her part. Many of these types of movies have cardboard characters, but they have come along way in this one. Not really suitable for anyone younger than a preteen.
I just loved this movie so much! One of my favorites. Hope you will go see it too. Buy 2 or more of them for gifts and to keep for yourself also.
Great film for most all ages, though may not be good to take pre schoolers to. Actors did a fantastic job with this true life story. Worth the time and money to go see. Wish they played more movies like this, especially because of the direction our world is going. Please go see it, and share it with your social media and Church families, encouraging them to see it too. Then buy the DVD when it comes out. I saw it during Easter weekend, and plan to go see it again too.
Awesome movie. One I could watch over and over. Take your Kleenex. Plan to buy it when it comes out on DVD. I'm quite sure that most of the negative reviews are by a very few people, who probably didn't even see the film.
My favorite movies are those that are based upon real life events. This particular movie had some important deeper meanings, which could be missed by some audience members. For example, besides being a movie about faith, friendship, hope, and community, it also provided much insight into various human beliefs/values, behaviors, decisions, and relationships. In addition to the power of God, the mental positivity of those nearby and strong community support can also affect patient outcomes.
This movie portrays a real event of Gods intervention. It just tells the story of what happened along with the statements from the specialist at the hospital. Not meant to convince those who do not or will not believe that at times the living God reveals Himself in ways such as portrayed in this movie. I recommend you go with an open mind and know there is always hope even when there seems to be no hope.
True story and that it was a miracle that happened
When you have no other choice but to trust God! Your faith will be tested.
