This is the most offensive movie to ever be shown in public. It crosses every social boundary there is in an attempt to be funny and comes up short every time. People in the theatre were laughing merely because they thought they should be laughing, not because it was genuinely funny... North America is sad...

This is not the funniest movie I have ever seen, and it fell just short of my expecation. However, this is still a painfully and outrageously funny movie that is as brilliant and satiric as it is stupid. For all who say the movie was terrible and that "cinema has hit a new low", this is one of the most relevant comedies of the last 20 years, and... this is Borat, what do you expect? The film makes some good points, and although a little thin and stagy, offers all of the laughs it needs. If you like Sacha Baron Cohen`s humour or enjoy satire, definitely see Borat.
