When a soccer team of 12 children and their coach were trapped in a flooded cave in in Thailand during a monsoon, the Royal Thai Navy SEALs were joined by international forces to try to rescue them but even so, it took a week before they were able to establish contact and more than two weeks before they could try to remove them.
