After the death of his wife who was terminally ill, Ray Cooper (Jason Momoa) begins to hunt the pharmaceutical companies who prevented her from getting their life-saving drugs. He believes that they caused her death, and his determination leads him to threaten a Big Pharma executive, saying her death will earn him a death sentence. As his quest for revenge intensifies, Ray and his young daughter Rachel (Isabela Merced) become the target of a manhunt, and they encounter many dangerous obstacles as they fight to stay alive.
