Niska (Elle-Maija Tailfeathers) and her daughter Waseese (Brooklyn Letexier-Hart) are on the run when come across a dilapidated city. There, they discover more people, but Waseese is taken away to be indoctrinated and turned into a soldier, like other captured children. Niska will do anything to get her daughter back, and tries to gets help from others who are fighting against the government.
