Haunting, clever and burning slowly with existential angst. Beautiful cinematography. Timeless, timely and layered. Hell is where you are. The characters try to make connections but most of them cannot escape. The final twist is perfect. I kept thinking of Hopper's paintings -- an unreality, and dream like quality pervades. This is an interesting film maker to watch. His earlier film "Barbara" was excellent too.

Rotten Tomato gave it a 4-5 star rating ..... the movie was actuallyo terrible and 1/3 of the audience walked out of the theater after playing for 40 minutesl Not worth it!
