Simply a rare beautiful fim. Stunning, addictive. Lush, sensual, the best film I have seen in years. Love the scene where the two girls Mona and Tamsin run off after smashing the garden knome into Tamsin`s father`s Jag with Edith Piaf`s La Foule playing. Daring, one ends up completely feeling sympathy towards working class Mona not the spolit beautiful "fantasist" Tamsin. Loved it bought the DVD and soundtrack. With all the Hollywood rubbish they tune out this was an intriging breath of fresh air. Love the end as well particulary as Mona comes out on top and owns the status of the scene, after being generally in Tamsin`s shadow....To the dire
in fact it has some ideas... great playing... just always remember what Tamsin says about Nietzsche... it is what the whole film is based on...
