Very nice surprise, this Aussie picture. The authenticity of the scenes and locations help offset some uneven acting which simply leans toward the theatrical in this film based on a play. Issues of race, isolation, loneliness and death with dignity are all raised with finesse and great poignancy. Some special moments visually and emotionally.
Wonderful movie, beautifully acted and lovely scenery. What could be better and no big "stars"
Excellent acting and a good script..an honest movie complete with aussie slang
