CGI mess where people run away from one monster to another monster(s) and it is rather ridiculous than thrilling. It is dumb and empty, except for the end where King Kong looks very emotional and is basically just a huge animal who wants to play and live happy life like any other creature, he´s not a monster here. I expected much more from P. Jackson than a movie which is good only at the very end.
This movie's King Kong tops the one in Skull Island despite the better choice of cast members in the latter, especially a great performance by the female lead and other cast members. The only difference other that was the great dinosaur fights in the first movie as opposed to the Skull Crusher reptiles in the latter. It's a good movie, hope for more movies showing King Kong in the future. I'd rather see
Happy 40th Anniversary, KING KONG!
starts of really boring but it gets good afterwards but whats with an ape loving a girl
an awesome remake with all the quirks. mezmerizing effects, great plot and most important of all...Jack Black!
Terrible...Peter desecrated a classic. Shame on you.
Jackson has made a loving tribute to the 1976 original.
amazing
I'm going to give this the benefit of the doubt since I'm watching it right now and it's not finished but so far this is just visual effects porn and you have to give me more than CGI and "Jimmy With a Hear of Gold" to entertain me.
porrly made and kept dragging on....waaayy to long...peter ur movies r good but cut em down about an hour or so
