Very disappointed. A depressing movie with no solid story to it.
Nice movie.
What a wonderful movie, I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great fulfilling movie experience !
Four of us (two couples) saw this movie. We all loved it. It was never boring - entertaining all the way. We would highly recommend, especially to single people over 45 to 50 years of age.
As a man in my 20s who watched this film alone I found it extremely genuine, informative, honest and beautiful. I was a bit discouraged that I was the only person under 70 in the theatre. I think people tend to avoid films or misunderstand ones they dont directly relate to at a given moment in their life. While I think we need to live in the moment, we can enhance our experience by being open to other genre's and media targeted at demographics other than our own. that way we can understand people we encounter, other points of view, and live a less judgmental life where we might write negative reviews on movies that we dont understand which would be entirely our own fault. This was great! a wonderful and vital celebration of the independent crone coming into herself and discovering the life she still has to live no matter what her environment tells her.
Not much of a story to this one, depressing even.
Wonderful combination of actors. Always a delight to see Rea Pearlmon. Starts off a little depressing but of course you knew it would, but things change wonderfully. I hope they bring a sequel.
a great cast that was wasted by poor writing and no flow to the plot
the first person got it right...a poor movie
this is a depressing movie...there was no upside to it...very disappointing
